real estate for the greater good

Real estate for the greater good is a powerful way to give.

SWPRE and SWPRE Philanthropy Realtors dollar for dollar gift match with you at closing and funding of your SWPRE real estate transactions.

Our only geographic limitations are based on US State Department considerations.

Four models

1. Eligible Nonprofit gift matching up to 5% of revenues

2. Impact Nonprofits gift matching up to 100% of revenues

3. Client Nonprofit transactions managed for 1% flat fee up to a maximum fee of $50,000 with no limit on transaction value

4. Related Nonprofits gifted 100% of revenues, without matching requirement, from transactions directly with the nonprofit if a SWPRE officer is a Board Member

SWPRE Philanthropy Realtors

SWPRE Philanthropy Realtors gift match with SWPRE. They can nominate a nonprofit as an Impact Nonprofit and define gift matching (including SWPRE participation) up to 100% to that Impact Nonprofit. Their share of a gift match to an Impact Nonprofits is based on their commission percent. For example, if their commission is 70%, their share of the gift match is 70%.

Eligible Nonprofits
