MORE IS BETTER. Our listing content and distribution have no peer. We distribute to more Texas boards/MLSs than any other brokerage. Our website is the largest brokerage site in Texas. We are premium LoopNet members. Through Global Partners International Realty, our reach is global. Listing distribution integrates global video based social media distribution.

HGTV STYLE SEARCH MODEL. Our HGTV style search model reduces search times to hours and days with clients typically viewing 3 or less properties. Many of our buyers do not visit a property until it is under contract.

SAFETY. Our SAFE listing, SAFE showing and SAFE search disciplines provide safety first confidence. From conducting credit and background checks on all prospective advisors, to advocating gloves, masks, covered shoes and no touch home visits. 

PHILANTHROPY. We are activist financial supporters of nonprofits. We gift match with our clients at closing and funding of real estate transactions up to 100% of real estate fees. If we represent a nonprofit in a real estate transaction, there is a  1% real estate fee capped at $50,000. If SWPRE has membership on a nonprofit board and we represent the nonprofit in a real estate transaction, there are NO real estate fees.
