We are a high end boutique firm. We are MLS members of over 20 Texas MLSs. We make significant investments in our agents/brokers with powerful personal websites, social media development, business development. We get paid when you get paid. We want a handful of agents/brokers in markets not 100's or 1,000's. We want the best people not the best sales people.

Our business model

Our business is based on three concepts:

  1. Client Centric

    A SWPRE agent/broker manages all of their client transactions regardless of location, type or size

  2. Rainmaker Infrastructure

    Most functions other than client management are delegated to SWPRE teams

  3. Collaborative vs Referral Relationships

    SWPRE agents/brokers maintain their client relationships by collaborating with:

    SWPRE Vertical Experts providing expertise in property types the SWPRE agent/broker is not competent with
    Other SWPRE Agents/Brokers when needed by location, service or other factors
    Other brokerages via Alexander Tiffany (SWPRE parent) and its division Global Partners International Realty in markets where SWPRE does not currently operate - within Texas, within the US or internationally

Target markets

We have targeted several Texas markets where SWPRE already has MLS membership and access.

We will go into any market where we recruit one or more of the very best people who happen to be agents or brokers.

Any US market with a nonprofit Children's Hospital and/or nonprofit Medical School will be considered.

States with specific target markets identified for development include AZ, CO, FL, GA, MO, NC, NM, OH, OK, TN.

BE A RAINMAKER

Focus on client relationships. Manage any client transaction type, size, anywhere. SWPRE teams support YOU & YOUR clients. $10M annual personal sales volume reasonable.

BE A MANAGING PARTNER

Manage and build a team. Personal production plus override on team Gross Commission Income.

BE A VERTICAL EXPERT

Commercial, farm & ranch, business brokerage, etc.. Manage your clients. Collaborate with SWPRE Agents/Brokers anywhere. Personal production plus collaborative income.
