As the REGIONAL CEO, you lead regional sales, marketing and business development in a peer to peer, team based, collaborative business model and culture. You provide legal, technical, contracts, client management, negotiations, direct income generation and referral guidance. You and SWPRE recruit regional team members.
As the REGIONAL CEO, you are also the SWPRE Philanthropy Regional Chairman. You nurture relationships with eligible nonprofits and other nonprofits in your region.
As the REGIONAL CEO, you are paid from your Region'stop line. As your Region develops, we encourage you to refer almost all your clients to team members based on collaborative commission sharing. Bottom line and equity participation available.
At each closing, SWPRE will dollar for dollar gift match with your or any of Your Team's clientsto any eligible nonprofit selected by the client. The gift match is up to 5% of SWPRE Gross Commission Income ("GCI").
As a REGIONAL CEO, you are also a Philanthropy Realtor. You can increase the gift match up to 100% of GCI from your transactions to your favorite nonprofit. See SWPRE Nonprofits.
If you or any SWPRE Agent, Broker, Managing Partner or Officer is a Board Member of a nonprofit, SWPRE will manage the nonprofit's transactions for NO commissions.
