Minimum requirements

  • Agent license
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years full-time real estate experience
  • 2 years sales management or team management experience
  • Embrace positive, collaborative, team-based culture
  • Committed to real estate for the greater good
  • High emotional IQ
  • Relentless CRM use

Key Functions

As a MANAGING PARTNER, you lead your team of agents and brokers (“Your Team”) in a peer to peer, team based, collaborative business model and culture. You guide Your Team in legal, technical, contracts, client management, negotiations, direct income generation and referral development. You and SWPRE recruit Your Team. SWPRE has proprietary tools to identify and vet. You are the ultimate hiring authority for any member of Your Team. You nurture local relationships with eligible nonprofits and other nonprofits in your community. You are paid an override on Your Team's production plus your personal production. Personal production is NOT required.

Do real estate for the greater good

At each closing, SWPRE will dollar for dollar gift match with your or any of Your Team's clients to any eligible nonprofit selected by the client. The gift match is up to 5% of SWPRE Gross Commission Income ("GCI").

As a MANAGING PARTNER, you are also a Philanthropy Realtor. You can increase the gift match up to 100% of GCI to your favorite nonprofit. See SWPRE Nonprofits

If you or a SWPRE Officer is a Board Member of a nonprofit, SWPRE will manage the nonprofit's transactions for NO commissions.
