Real Estate Agent Annual Sales Targets

We invest $10,000+ in each agent/broker in their first 90 days including a Real Estate Webmasters website.

We have no monthly or other fees. We are paid when you are - at closing and funding.

SWPRE gift matches with clients up to 5% of GCI to nonprofits. 

Managing Partners paid 5% of team GCI. 70/30 split.

Reverse your 80/20

With our Rainmaker Model, our agents and brokers invest 80%+ of their time with clients, prospects and referral sources. 

Typical "high performing" realtors invest under 20% of their time with clients and referral sources. 

How will you reallocate 60% of your time?

Three real estate agent and broker career options

Rainmaker: Focus on client and referral relationships. Manage any client transaction type, size, location. Income based on personal production. 

Managing Partner: Manage your clients. Manage and build a team. Income based on personal production plus team production. 

Vertical Expert: Manage your clients. Collaborate with SWPRE Agents/Brokers anywhere. Income based on personal production plus collaborative income.

Our MLS participation is concentrated in the Texaplex (DFW to Houston to San Antonio) 

1 of 11 US "megaregions," over 70% of Texas residents live in the Texaplex.  

SWPRE will consider any US market with a nonprofit Children's Hospital and/or nonprofit Medical School.  

Local Charity Navigator 4 star rated nonprofits a plus.
