Key Functions
As the REGIONAL CEO, you lead regional sales in a peer to peer, team based, collaborative business model and culture. You provide legal, technical, contracts, client management, negotiations, direct income generation and referral guidance. You and SWPRE recruit regional team members. Perhaps you enjoy and want to do business development? If not, we may collaboratively recruit a VP Business Development/SWPRE Philanthropy Regional Chairman.

Do Real Estate for the Greater Good
At each closing, SWPRE and SWPRE Realtors dollar for dollar gift match with clients to any eligible nonprofit selected by the client. The gift match is up to 5% of SWPRE real estate fees. You can increase the gift match up to 100% to your favorite nonprofit. See SWPRE Nonprofits. We will manage many nonprofit's transactions for NO or minimal commissions.
