Real Estate Agent Annual Sales Targets

We invest $5+ in each agent/broker in their first 90 days including a custom Real Estate Webmasters lead capturing website.

We have no monthly or other fees. We are paid when you are - at closing and funding. 70/30 split. 

SWPRE gift matches with clients up to 5% of GCI to nonprofits. 

Managing Partners provide local agents/brokers guidance and are paid 5% of their team's GCI.
